You need a valid national ID, or a passport if visiting. For self-drive, the driver also needs a valid Egyptian or international driving licence. A licence is not required when you rent with a driver. The team checks the documents before handover.

Yes. Collect from the Mariouteya branch in Haram, or we deliver inside Cairo and Giza. Delivery elsewhere is arranged with the team.

We deliver at Cairo Airport and Borg El Arab Airport with at least 24 hours of notice. Confirm the meeting point and any delivery fee with the team when you book.

Yes, every booking includes full insurance. What it covers and where it stops is given to you in writing before handover.

You can request a driver. The team confirms the driver service and its fee separately before booking.

The team confirms the included kilometres and any extra-kilometre charge for your exact vehicle before you book.

Fuel is on the renter. You take the car at a recorded fuel level and bring it back at the same level.

You pay at pickup, when the car is handed over to you. We accept all payment methods: cash, card and bank transfer. There is no online payment on the site right now.

Yes. We run monthly contracts for individuals and companies, with or without a driver, including servicing, insurance and a clear invoice.

Contact the team as early as you can. Moving the date or switching class is possible subject to availability, and cancellation fees are given to you in writing with the confirmation.
