If you upload these documents to an El Fahd account, we keep them in private storage so the team can review them and reuse the valid ones for your next rental. On the website, only you and El Fahd's owner can open them.

We keep these documents, both the digital files and any paper copies, for at least one year after your most recent rental with us, or after you uploaded them if you have not rented with us, because the police or the public prosecution may ask us about a rented car weeks after the rental ends. Once a document has been reviewed or replaced with a new version, it cannot be deleted from the website. After that year, you can ask us to delete them on WhatsApp or by phone, as shown on our “Contact us” page.

We disclose these documents only to the police, the public prosecution or a court that presents a valid warrant or court order, or where applicable Egyptian law otherwise requires us to. The privacy notice explains what we keep and who can see it.

A booking is confirmed once the team approves the dates and the car.
