Rental Car Delivery to a Hotel in Cairo or Giza

You can request rental-car delivery to your hotel or apartment in Cairo or Giza. El Fahd's current FAQ lists delivery within both areas, while other locations are arranged with the team. Before relying on the arrangement, confirm the exact address, meeting point, handover time and any delivery fee. Sending a request does not confirm the car or the delivery appointment.

Is hotel delivery or branch collection better for your trip?

Delivery may suit you if you want to settle into your accommodation before collecting the car, or if moving passengers and luggage to a branch would complicate your arrival. Branch collection may suit you if your plans already take you nearby and you can attend the agreed appointment.

Compare the complete plan rather than assuming delivery is included in the rental price. Ask which collection location is available, how much delivery would add, and whether the timing fits your first journey. Use the contact page to confirm the current branch and visit arrangements instead of relying on an old saved address.

Which address details should you send?

A hotel name alone may not identify the correct entrance, especially where a property has more than one building or a separate vehicle-access point. Give the team a clear destination and check the handover point with your accommodation.

1. Send the hotel or building name and its complete street address.

2. Include a map pin for the entrance you intend to use, then ask the team to confirm it.

3. State the preferred date and time, and explain when you will actually be available to receive the car.

4. Explain any vehicle-entry, parking or reception instructions after checking them with the property.

5. Provide a contact number you can use at handover and confirm the team's contact method.

A map pin helps explain a location; it does not establish permission to stop or park there. Ask the hotel or building where a vehicle handover can take place. You do not need to put your room number into a general delivery enquiry.

What timing and charges should be agreed?

Separate your arrival time from the time you can meet the team. A flight landing time is not the same as the time you reach your hotel. If your arrival is uncertain, explain that before agreeing to a fixed handover appointment.

Ask for the delivery charge and what it covers in the written offer. Also ask whether a different return address, a changed appointment or waiting would involve another charge. These are questions to settle for your booking, not a statement that a particular fee applies.

For an early-morning or late-night arrival, ask whether your requested handover time can be arranged. Do not assume round-the-clock delivery. If the timing does not work, ask about the next suitable appointment or branch collection. Tell the team as early as possible if your plans change.

What should you check when the car arrives?

Have the confirmed offer and required documents ready. Under El Fahd's rental terms, the team approves the dates and car before a booking is confirmed. Check that the vehicle and handover details match that agreement before starting your journey.

Review the visible condition with the team and retain the agreed record. Confirm the fuel level, kilometre allowance, return time and contact method for questions during the rental. The mileage guide explains how to estimate your distance and which allowance questions to ask. Delivery to a hotel does not, by itself, include a driver for your trip; ask separately if you need one.

Can you return the car somewhere else?

Ask before booking. Delivery to your hotel does not establish that the car can be collected from any other location at the end of the rental. Agree the return address, meeting point and exact time, and ask whether the change affects the total.

For example, if you want hotel delivery at the start and airport return at the end, include both locations in the original request. This is a planning example, not a guarantee that the arrangement is available. If your return time later changes, follow the rental-extension guide and obtain the team's confirmation.

What should a useful delivery request include?

You can use this checklist when contacting the team:

1. Rental dates and preferred vehicle or category, with passenger and luggage needs.

2. Hotel or apartment address, intended meeting point and preferred delivery appointment.

3. The return location and time, including any difference from the pickup location.

4. Whether you want self-drive rental or need to request a driver.

5. A request to confirm availability, the rental total, delivery and return charges, and the final handover plan.
